将特定区域内部经营产品和涉足领域大致相同的新创企业定义为创业种群。以生物种群成长模式原理为理论依据,开发了创业种群动力学方程组。模型推导结果显示:创业种群的成长过程中存在一定的平衡条件,即创业种群和产业链组织之间的互相激励机制和它们各自的竞争阻滞机制的对比;创业种群的成长过程受到一系列因素的影响,政府部门、产业链组织和服务机构的影响各不相同;创业种群的成长平衡点可分解为政府政策和服务机构的激励作用总和、产业链协调度算予以及创业种群竞争机制三个成分。
The definition of an entrepreneurial population includes starting a business within a specific region and starting a business with roughly the same field of involvement. Based on the principle of biological population growth model, a set of dynamics equations of entrepreneurial population was developed. The results of model deduction show that there are some equilibrium conditions in the process of the growth of entrepreneurial population, that is, the mutual incentive mechanism between entrepreneurial population and industrial chain organization and their respective competition retarding mechanisms. The growth of entrepreneurial population is affected by a series of factors The impact of government departments, industrial chain organizations and service agencies vary; the growth equilibrium point of entrepreneurial population can be decomposed into the sum of the incentive effects of government policies and service agencies, the coordination degree of industrial chains, and the competition mechanism of entrepreneurial groups ingredient.
