济南钢铁总厂是一个具有34000人的大型企业,设有总厂医院和五个分院。总厂医院对总厂驻地职工进行健康查体已有20余年的历史,但由于查体与防病治病和科研脱节,查体结果没有反馈,虽有一定效果,但多数医务人员把查体看成是额外负担,多数职工对查体不欢迎。总厂医院于1988年10月成立了专门体检班子,总结了既往的经验教训,制定了“查防治研”四结合的方针。到1990年7月底已查14145人,并选择了心血管系统疾病,进行了防、治、研的工作,受到了医务人员和职工的欢迎。
Jinan Iron and Steel Works is a large-scale enterprise with 34,000 people. It has a factory hospital and five branches.
