患者女 ,14岁。主述活动后易疲劳 ,偶感胸闷、气促。查体 :胸骨左缘第Ⅲ肋间闻及 2～ 3级ＳＭ ,Ｐ2 一般 ,触诊无震颤。Ｘ线检查 :右心室稍大。ＥＫＧ检查 :窦性心律 ,不完全性右束支传导阻滞 ,Ｒ/Ｓ 1。临床上考虑先天性心脏病。超声检查 :使用ＨＰＳＯＮＯＳ 5 5 0 0型超声
Female patient, 14 years old. After the main activity prone to fatigue, occasional chest tightness, shortness of breath.
