一切为了学生,为了学生的一切,为了一切学生,“把受教育者培养成合格的生产者和消费者”是学校教育的使命。中等卫生职业学校的语文教学,应是为培养高素质的卫技人才服务,在新形势下,面对新课程改革的总目标和市场经济的发展,中职语文教学理应与时俱进,开拓创新,牢固树立以人为本、以生为本的教育新理念,培养市场经济形势下学生适应社会需要的语文素质。而目前部分中等职业学校的语文教学,仍存在以课本为本位,缺乏开放性教育,重知识传授,轻实用性教学,教师讲得津津有味,学生听得昏昏欲睡的痼疾。为此,笔者认为突出语文教学的开放性和使用性,不啻是激起中职语文教学活力的好途径。一、突出开放性,全面提高学生的语文能力职业教育的体系是开放的,语文教学作为它的一个子系统,更应该是全方位的立体开放系统。
