往复动密封技术的核心问題是如何有效地提高使用寿命。本文认为低压往复动密封中采用膨帐石墨密封圈、柱塞与活塞杆的密封磨损部位采用表面喷涂技术是其有效措施,并且重点论述了PTFE炎密封件提高寿命的技术。
The key issue of reciprocating seal technology is how to effectively improve the service life. In this paper, it is considered that the use of surface-coating technique for sealing wear parts of plunger and piston rod is a kind of effective measure, and the technology of increasing the life of PTFE gasketing is emphatically discussed.
