油田企业在我国的国民经济中一直占据着极其重要的位置,它的建设与发展为我国国民经济和提升我国综合国力做出了巨大的贡献。近年来,在油田产业进行世界范围内的改革与创新作用下,对我国油田产业进行改革已成为刻不容缓的事情。随着油田企业的迅速发展和队伍的不断壮大,对其企业的管理难度也逐渐有所增加,因此加强油田企业的管理工作、改善油田企业管理的思想是油田企业发展与改革的重点内容。将“以人为本”思想渗透到我国油田企业的管理工作当中,是时代发展的必然要求,也是文章讨论的重点。
Oilfield enterprises have always occupied an extremely important position in the national economy of our country. Its construction and development have made tremendous contributions to the national economy and the overall national strength of our country. In recent years, under the worldwide reform and innovation of the oilfield industry, reforming China’s oilfield industry has become a pressing task. With the rapid development of oilfield enterprises and continual growth of the ranks, the management difficulty of their enterprises has gradually increased.
