目的 探讨胰腺癌不同时期细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 采用免疫组化方法测定 5 0例胰腺癌患者T细胞浸润密度。结果 浸润癌巢中的T淋巴细胞密度显著少于间质 ,且随着肿瘤病程由Ⅰ～Ⅳ期T淋巴细胞密度明显下降。结论 随着肿瘤的发展 ,浸润T细胞密度降低 ,其免疫功能相应减弱
Objective To investigate the changes of cellular immune function in different stages of pancreatic cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the infiltration density of T cells in 50 patients with pancreatic cancer. Results The density of T lymphocytes in the infiltrating cancer nests was significantly less than that of the interstitium, and the T-lymphocyte density was significantly decreased from stage I to IV with the course of the tumor. Conclusion With the development of tumors, the density of infiltrating T cells decreases and their immune function weakens accordingly.
