本文主要提出了将存在相变重结晶的钢的过热问题分为稳定过热与不稳定过热;论述了其概念和意义;对稳定过热机理进行了探讨,超出了只是硫化物沿原高温奥氏体晶界析出的概念;文中较详细的论述了影响稳定过热与不稳定过热的主要因素以及在生产中防止稳定过热的主要措施。
In this paper, the main problems of overheating steel with phase transformation recrystallization are divided into stable overheating and unstable overheating. The concept and significance of the overheating are discussed. The mechanism of stable overheating is discussed, The concept of grain boundary precipitation; the article discusses in more detail the main factors that affect stable overheating and unstable overheating as well as the main measures to prevent stable overheating in production.
