目的:建立高效液相-蒸发光散射检测法测定注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠的含量。方法:采用Hypersil SCX柱,以0.02mol·L~(-1)醋酸铵溶液(用冰醋酸调节pH至4.8)-乙腈(70:30)为流动相,流速为1.5mL·min~(-1),蒸发光散射检测,检测器温度:40℃,雾化气体(空气)压力:0.35 MPa。结果:Na+在50~501μg·mL~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 4;平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.3%,n=6 ; 日内精密度(RSD=1.0%,n=6)良好。结论:本方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重现性好。
Objective: To establish a HPLC-Evaporative light scattering method for the determination of sodium carbonate in ceftazidime for injection.
