由于可靠性设计理论分布的数据,本文对水轮机转轮材料ZG20MnSi进行了水下腐蚀疲劳强度分布试验研究,试验中成功地应用了自行设计的腐蚀液循环装置及腐蚀盒。试验结果表明,该材料的腐蚀疲劳强度符合正态分布,其标准差较空气中的低。本文所提供的材料腐蚀疲劳强度的分布规律和数据可供水轮机转轮设计使用。图2,表8,参3.
Due to the data of reliability design theory distribution, this paper studied the underwater corrosion fatigue strength distribution of turbine rotor material ZG20MnSi, and successfully applied the corrosion liquid circulation device and corrosion box designed by ourselves. The test results show that the corrosion fatigue strength of the material meets the normal distribution with a lower standard deviation than the air. The distribution of corrosion fatigue strength and the data provided by this paper can be used for turbine design. Figure 2, Table 8, reference 3.
