目的:评价云克续贯治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效。方法:云克加入生理盐水100ml中静点,每天1次,每次2支,10天为1个疗程,休息16天后继续以上方法,用药3~5个疗程。联合甲氨碟呤10mg每周1次口服和来氟米特20mg每天1次口服。结果:云克疗程联合免疫抑制剂治疗类风湿关节炎可有效缓解病情,减轻症状,降低DAS 28疾病活动评分。结论:云克的疗效肯定,价格便宜,有大量的适宜患者群,且云克安全,副作用少,在生物制剂治疗存在禁忌证时,云克可以发挥它的作用,值得临床使用。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yunke continuous treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Yunke added saline 100ml in the static point, once a day, each 2, 10 days for a course of treatment, rest after 16 days to continue the above method, medication 3 to 5 courses. Combined methotrexate 10mg once weekly and oral leflunomide 20mg orally once daily. Results: Yunke treatment combined with immunosuppressive agents in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can effectively alleviate the condition, reduce symptoms and reduce the DAS 28 disease activity score. Conclusion: The efficacy of Yunke is definite, the price is cheap, there are a large number of appropriate patient groups, and Yunke is safe and has few side effects. Yunke can play its role in the contraindication of biological treatment and is worth clinical use.
