齿轮是用途最广泛的机械零件之一。不同的齿轮其材料和性能是不同的。齿轮材料是根据要求的承载能办和使用寿命选定的。在经济效益和性能满足的前提下,充分发挥所选材料的性能是热处理必须考虑的问题。提高齿轮承载能力的有效途径是偏载补偿以及采用正确的热处理方法。二者都能将齿轮的承载能力提高一到二倍。本文着重介绍齿轮的热处理。
Gear is one of the most versatile machine parts. Different gears have different materials and properties. Gear material is selected based on the required load carrying capacity and service life.
