近日,人力资源和社会保障部、中华全国总工会、中国企业联合会/企业家协会联合下发了《全面推进小企业劳动合同制度实施专项行动计划》(人社部发[2010]30号)。为了便于各级工会更好地组织实施此项计划,《中国工运》编辑部约请全国总工会集体合同部负责人就《全面推进小企业劳动合同制度实施专项行动计划》的相关问题进行了解答,以飨读者。
