同非肥胖的高血压患者相比,肥胖的高血压患者在静息状态下心排量较大而外周阻力较低。本文报道肥胖的高血压患者在应激状态下血流动力学改变。对象为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级原发性高血压(WHO标准)男性患者,射血分数和心电图正常。A组54例(45土9岁)患者从未用过降压药;接受精神应激,即在3分钟内每2秒增加一个计数:A_1组24例肥胖(体重指数>27kg/m~2),
Obese hypertensive patients have greater cardiac output at rest and lower peripheral resistance than nonobese hypertensive patients. This article reports the hemodynamic changes in obese hypertensive patients under stress conditions. The subjects were grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ essential hypertension (WHO standard) male patients with ejection fraction and normal ECG. A group of 54 patients (45 years, 9 years of age) had never used antihypertensive drugs; mental stress, that is, every 2 seconds in 3 minutes to increase a count: A_1 group of 24 patients with obesity (body mass index 27kg / m ~ 2 ),
