为进一步增强海洋经济与南海问题的研究关注,在海南大学“中西部高校综合实力提升工程计划”项目支持下,依托海南大学相关学科,由海南大学海洋经济与热带岛屿研究所筹办2015年南海区域经济合作高峰论坛暨海南大学海洋经济学术研讨会。本次论坛拟邀请中国社会科学院专家、国家海洋局领导、海南省社科院界领导、国内海洋经济领域专家共聚一堂,开展学术交流和讨论。并拟邀请多家学术期刊领导与会指导。本次会议所有通过学术评审论文均将结集出版;同时将遴选出若干篇优秀论文,推荐到国内CSSCI期刊发表。本次论坛不收取会务
In order to further enhance the research on the marine economy and the South China Sea issue, with the support of Hainan University and the project of “Comprehensive Strength Improvement Project of Central and Western Colleges and Universities”, and based on relevant disciplines of Hainan University, the Institute of Ocean Economy and Tropical Islands of Hainan University will organize the 2015 South China Sea Regional Economic Cooperation Summit Forum and Hainan University Ocean Economics Symposium. The forum intends to invite experts from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, heads of the State Oceanic Administration, heads of the Hainan Provincial Academy of Social Sciences and experts from the domestic marine economy to conduct academic exchanges and discussions. And intends to invite a number of academic journals leadership guidance. All the papers that passed the academic review will be published in this conference; some excellent papers will be selected and recommended to the domestic CSSCI journals for publication.
