男,20岁。鼻咽纤维血管 切除术后10个月又复发,鼻腔阻塞并多次鼻出血。前鼻镜检查见鼻咽部有实物,尤以左侧明显。后鼻腔检查,鼻咽左侧有球形新生物,大如拇指,色似杨梅,坚硬,表面血管怒张,左后鼻孔看不见,左右鼻孔大部份被新生物遮住。 Male, 20 years old.
