搜索引擎网站是以向网民提供网络信息检索服务为主的功能性网站,经历了导航式搜索、自动化搜索和个性化搜索的发展演变,已成为兼备商业性和媒体性的综合门户。通过对搜索引擎网站社会责任的评估指标体系构建和量化分析,对其总体状况进行考察解析,发现存在的算法隐秘性与受众知情权、个性化定制与隐私侵犯等五大现实冲突。最后,在网站运营层面、搜索技术层面和多维关联主体层面提供了中国搜索引擎网站责任提升的路径探索与思考。
The search engine website is a functional website that mainly provides the Internet information retrieval service to the netizens. Having experienced the development and evolution of the navigation search, the automated search and the personalized search, the search engine website has become a comprehensive commercial portal and a media portal. Through the construction and quantitative analysis of the evaluation index system of social responsibility of search engine website, the author analyzes the overall situation of the website and finds out the existence of the secret of the algorithm and the audience’s right to know, customization and privacy violations of the five major conflicts. Finally, on the site operation level, the search technology level and multidimensional correlation subjects provide exploration and reflection on the path of responsibility promotion of Chinese search engine website.
