本文报道二步合成Bi系超导体及DTA、XRD实验研究的结果:Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O超导体的合成反应是分步进行的;二步法即后加氧化铋法,有利于CuO进入高Tc超导相晶格,并能加速高Tc相的生长。因此CuO对110K相的生长和联结起着重要作用。
This article reports two-step synthesis of Bi-based superconductors and the results of DTA and XRD experiments: The synthesis of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductors proceeds step-by-step; the two-step method of post-doping cerium oxide favors the entry of CuO. High Tc superconducting phase lattice, and can accelerate the growth of high Tc phase. Therefore, CuO plays an important role in the growth and bonding of the 110K phase.
