游标卡尺是目前使用最多的一种量具,为了解决工作中的急需,各地有机械加工能力和有量修经验的厂矿都设法自行制造。但卡尺的刻线往往成为关键问题,不易解决。我们曾在翻新和小批制造卡尺工作中,对照相腐蚀工艺进行过摸索,取得良好效果。这种方法工艺过程简单、设备要求不高,一般厂矿均可进行。现介绍如下,不当之处请同志们批评指正。卡尺刻线的照相腐蚀法是利用感光乳胶受光后变成具有很大抗腐蚀能力的保护层,未受光部分则易被水溶解而露出金属表面的特性,用腐蚀液对未受光部分进行腐蚀,在卡尺表面就“刻”上了我们所需要的刻线和数字。一、工艺过程1.表面清洗除油(1)物理清洗法
