汽车工业是我省主要的支柱产业之一。神龙汽车有限公司(下称神龙公司),是我国民族汽车工业的重要组成部分,是我省建设百万辆级汽车集团的龙头企业。该公司生产的“富康”车,是国务院颁布的《汽车工业产业政策》中规定重点发展的经济型轿车。根据《国务院办公厅转发国家计委关于取消地方限制经济型轿车使用的通知》(国办发[1996]36号)的精神,去年9月17日省人民政府办公厅发出了《关于支持发展经济型轿车有关问题的通知》(鄂政办发[1996]128号)。一年来,各地各部门认真贯彻落实文件精神,对推进神龙公司的生产和销售起了重要作用。为了进一步促进神龙公司加快发展步伐,经省委、省政府同意,现就促进神龙公司经济型轿车销售的有关问题通知如下。
Automobile industry is one of the main pillar industries in our province. Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to Shenlong Company) is an important part of China’s national automobile industry and a leading enterprise in the province to build one million-level automobile group. The company produces “Fukang ” car, is the economic car stipulated by the State Council promulgated the “automobile industrial policy.” In accordance with the spirit of “Forwarding State Development Planning Commission’s Notice on Canceling the Use of Local Economy Vehicles” (Guo Ban Fa [1996] No. 36) issued by the General Office of the State Council, on Sept. 17 last year, the General Office of the Provincial People’s Government issued the Circular on Supporting the Development of Economy Type sedan related issues notice "(E government office issued [1996] No. 128). In the past year, all localities and departments have conscientiously implemented the document spirit and played an important role in promoting the production and sales of Shenlong Company. In order to further promote the accelerated pace of development of Shenlong Company, with the consent of the provincial party committee and government, we hereby notify you of the relevant issues on promoting the sales of economic-type cars of Shenlong Company.
