弧齿锥齿轮齿面接触特性受到传动系统中许多随机因素的影响,概率分析可对齿面接触中的随机特性进行量化描述。本文针对某航空发动机弧齿锥齿轮传动系统,将传递功率、转速、转子不平衡量及支承刚度等作为基本随机变量,通过对系统进行动态概率计算,获得了齿轮安装基点变形的统计规律。将概率分析引入齿面接触分析技术中,研究了在齿轮安装基点随机变化过程中齿面接触域和传动误差的概率特性,计算了齿面稳定接触的可靠性。
Spiral bevel gear tooth surface contact characteristics are affected by many random factors in the transmission system. Probability analysis can quantify the random characteristics in the tooth surface contact. In this paper, aeroengine spiral bevel gear transmission system, the transfer of power, speed, rotor unbalance and support stiffness as the basic random variables, through the dynamic probability calculation of the system, the gear deformation of the statistical basis was obtained. Probability analysis is introduced into the technology of tooth surface contact analysis. The probability characteristics of tooth surface contact area and transmission error during the random change of gear installation base point are studied. The reliability of stable contact of tooth surface is calculated.
