总后卫生部张立平部长曾指出:“预防、医疗、保健一体化的根本目的在于推动治病与防病、医院与部队的结合,充分发动和利用现有医疗专业力量加强基层预防保健工作,更好地落实”预防为主“方针,并在一体化的实践中丰富和发展预防医学科学技术”。许多单位认真贯彻这一指示精神,积极进行预防、医疗、保健一体化工作的改革探索,并在实践中总结出一套行之有效的经验,尝到了甜头。本刊发表两篇有关开展一体化、提高基层预防保健水平的文章,作者从不同侧面介绍了他们的做法和体会,可供广大读者参考、借鉴。
