“理性”就是依法,“冲动”就是用于实践。公益诉讼司法解释及实施细则制定之前,应该积极的实践,实践走在前头是非常有利的。福喜过期肉事件,高速公路延长收费事件,兰州水污染事件……这一系列涉及范围广、侵害了不特定消费者权益,也即损害了公共利益的侵权行为中,如何保护消费者?如何约束与惩罚侵权企业?2014年12月19日,由广东省消费者委员会、广州市律师协会以及《消费者报道》杂志社共同举办的“中国消费公益诉讼第一案如何破题?——‘消费公益诉讼’法律研讨会”在广州举行。
