以振兴农村经济为宗旨的星火计划自1986年在福建省正式实施以来,取得了令人瞩目的成就。全省共组织实施星火计划项目2212项,其中国家级133项,省级320项,地(市)县级1759项,总投入资金27.24亿元。累计新增产值67,18亿元,创税利25.24亿元,创汇9431万美元。全省直接或间接参与实施星火计划的科技人员达3万多人。结合星火计划项目的实施,全省培训县以上星火技术与管理人才83万人次。现在,科技星火已燃遍八闽大地。
The spark plan, which aims to rejuvenate the rural economy, has made remarkable achievements since its official implementation in Fujian Province in 1986. The province organized a total of 2,212 Spark Program projects, of which 133 were at the national level, 320 at the provincial level and 1,759 at the prefecture (city) level with a total investment of 2.724 billion yuan. The cumulative newly added output value reached 671.8 billion yuan, a tax revenue of 2.524 billion yuan and a foreign exchange earnings of 94.31 million U.S. dollars. The province has more than 30,000 scientific and technical personnel directly or indirectly involved in implementing the Spark plan. Combined with the implementation of the Spark plan, the province trained more than 830,000 Spark Technology and Management personnel at or above the county level. Now, science and technology Spark has burned all over the land of Fujian.
