显微镜是生物学实验的重要仪器之一,学会其使用方法是进一步培养学生的生物技术的基础。但是据笔者调查,在历届学生中通过显微镜使用实验,学生使用显微镜的操作正确率只有百分之十五;“正或反方向旋转粗准焦螺旋使镜筒上升或下降”的操作正确率只有百分之二十;“降下镜筒的同时,眼睛从一侧注视物镜”的操作正确率只达到百分之八。
