为了探讨苯引起血细胞减少和抑制造血功能的机理是否与苯对核酸代谢的影响有关,我们对苯中毒大鼠骨髓和末梢血白细胞的DNA以及骨髓有核细胞的cAMP、cGMP水平变化进行了初步研究。
In order to investigate whether the mechanism of benzene-induced cytopenia and hematopoietic function is related to the effect of benzene on nucleic acid metabolism, we studied the changes of cAMP and cGMP levels in DNA of bone marrow and peripheral blood leukocytes and bone marrow nucleated cells of benzene poisoning rats .
