多阴离子化合物作为辐射防护剂的可能性是目前研究较广泛的课题之一。本文报道分子量为5×10~5道尔顿的葡聚糖硫酸盐(DS)对照射小鼠造血功能和30天活存率的影响。实验用12周龄雄性小鼠(CBA×C57BL/10),受~(60)Coγ射线全身照射不同剂量。实验前将DS溶于盐溶液内,于照前24、48或72小时不同时间依60mg·kg~(-1)腹腔注射给予。照后第九天观察脾脏表面内源性造血灶(MSC);测定骨髓有核细胞数或观察30天
The possibility of polyanionic compounds as radioprotectants is one of the more widely studied topics. This article reports the effect of dextran sulfate (DS) with a molecular weight of 5 × 10 ~ 5 Daltons on hematopoietic function and 30-day survival rate in irradiated mice. Twelve week-old male mice (CBA × C57BL / 10) were experimentally exposed to various doses of ~ (60) Coγ-ray. Prior to the experiment, DS was dissolved in salt solution and administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 60 mg · kg -1 at different times of 24, 48 or 72 hours. On the ninth day after irradiation, endogenous hematopoietic (MSC) was observed on the surface of spleen; the number of bone marrow nucleated cells was measured or observed for 30 days
