煤炭工业是我国重要的支柱性产业,人才的匮乏是影响煤炭产业可持续发展的重要因素。加大专业教育之外的学生职业素养培养力度,提升大学生的职业道德水准,增强大学生到基层去解决煤炭安全问题的社会责任心,培养大学生乐于攻克煤炭安全技术难点的兴趣,使大学生积极踊跃到煤炭基层生产单位工作,为提高我国煤炭安全生产水平作出应有的贡献,是行业院校的一项重要课题。
Coal industry is an important pillar industry in our country. The lack of qualified personnel is an important factor that affects the sustainable development of the coal industry. We should step up efforts to train students ’professional accomplishments outside professional education so as to enhance the standard of professional ethics among undergraduates and enhance their sense of social responsibility to solve the problem of coal safety at grassroots level. They should also cultivate students’ interest in overcoming technical difficulties in coal safety so as to make college students enthusiastically Coal grass-roots units of production work to improve China’s coal production safety levels and make due contributions to the industry and academies is an important issue.
