近年以来,我国的消费者权益保护虽然有了很大进步,但是仍然存在很多不足,还需进一步扩张和细化。本文从我国消费者权益保护的发展和现状出发,根据我国消费者权益保护工作上存在的几点不足进行分析,从进一步完善法律保护制度、提高消费者自身素质、及加强各方面的监督三个方面,提出对完善我国消费者权益保护制度的几点建议和看法。
