目的:观察研究独一味巴布膏的镇痛、免疫增强作用。方法:采用醋酸致小鼠扭体法、热刺激法、温水浴致大鼠甩尾反应法和小鼠碳粒廓清法、迟发型超敏法进行实验。结果:独一味巴布膏可抑制小鼠腹腔注射醋酸所引起的扭体反应次数,显著提高热刺激致小鼠痛阈值,延长温水浴致大鼠的甩尾时间。显著降低迟发型超敏反应引起小鼠的炎症反应,提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬指数。结论:独一味巴布膏具有一定的镇痛、免疫增强作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and study the analgesic and immune enhancement effects of Baobu cream. Methods: The rat writhing method, heat stimulation method, warm water bath rat tail-flick reaction method and mouse carbon particle clearance method and delayed-type hypersensitivity method were used in the experiment. Results: Duobuwei Babu cream can inhibit writhing reaction induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice, significantly increase the pain threshold induced by heat stimulation and prolong the tail-flicking time of rats induced by warm water bath. Significantly reduce the delayed type hypersensitivity caused by inflammation in mice and increase macrophage phagocytic index. Conclusion: Baobu Babu cream has certain analgesic and immune enhancing effects.
