目前航空发动机的涡轮叶片和导向叶片的生产是在真空下用熔模铸造法成型。非金属夹杂物是影响铸件冶金质量的一个重要问题。本试验的目的就是研究熔模铸造真空熔铸高温合金铸件中非金属夹杂物的种类、组成,分析其来源,为预防铸件中非金属夹杂物的产生提供依据。
The current production of aeroengine turbine blades and guide vanes is done by investment casting under vacuum. Non-metallic inclusions is an important issue affecting the quality of castings metallurgy. The purpose of this experiment is to study the types and composition of non-metallic inclusions in investment cast vacuum casting superalloy castings, analyze their sources and provide the basis for preventing non-metallic inclusions in castings.
