完善党内监督体系是加强和改进党的建设的一个重要方面。完善党内监督体系是巩固党的执政地位、加强反腐倡廉、保持党的先进性和纯洁性、推进党内生活民主化、规范化和制度化的必然要求。而且,就目前情况来看,党内监督取得一系列成效的同时,还存在一些问题。因此,应通过强化党员监督意识、健全党内监督制度、重点加强对领导干部的监督等途径完善党内监督体系,推进的党的先进性建设。
