本文择取了2014年6月至2015年9月期间日本宪法学界的代表性著作、相关学术团体的会议信息以及重要的宪法判例。著作的列举将从教科书论文集、宪法总论、人权总论、人权各论、统治机构、外国宪法等方面进行。学术团体的会议信息以公法学会、全国宪法研究会、宪法理论研究会、宪法学会、比较宪法学会的年会为主。重要宪法判例的列举不限于日本最高法院的判决,也包括了日本地方法院作出的判决。
This article takes a representative book of the Japanese constitutional law school from June 2014 to September 2015, meeting information of relevant academic groups, and important constitutional precedents. The list of works will be from textbook collection, general constitution, human rights, human rights theory, governing institutions, foreign constitution and so on. The academic group’s meeting information is mainly based on the annual meeting of the Public Law Society, the National Constitutional Research Association, the Constitutional Theory Research Association, the Constitutional Law Society, and the Comparative Constitutional Society. The list of important constitutional precedents is not limited to the judgments of the Supreme Court of Japan, but also includes the judgments made by the Japanese District Court.
