一、及时管理思想的基本点及时(JIT)制造和采购与传统的制造和采购有众多的差异,可概括为以下几个方面:1.JIT 制造采用以需求带动生产的制造系统。在整个制造过程中,每一步骤的生产是为了满足后一步骤的需要,若后一步骤未发出需求的指示,则生产就不得进行。而传统的制造采用推压带动生产的制造系统,在整个制造过程中,不论后一步骤是否需要,前一步骤完工后的在产品(如原料、零件)都转入后一步骤。
