在我国目前有大部分医院通过使用以统计评估系统对医院绩效进行考核,该项系统主要是以工作量为基本前提的一种新型的绩效考核方法,利用统计系统的力量能够有效地提升医院的绩效考核水平以及考核质量,与此同时还有效的提升了医院工作人员的工作积极性。本文章主要着力以以工作量为基本前提的医院绩效考核模式的内涵探讨,有效的分析了工作量核算在医院绩效考核管理过程中的实际使用。
