本室用热酚法由人脾组织液中抽提人脾iRNA。经实验室及动物实验证实,人脾iRNA无毒性、无抗原性,是安全可靠的免疫增强剂。经本院一年来的临床观察,人脾iRNA对提高机体免疫功能状态、对肝炎等多种疾病有较好的疗效。(见另文)。为进一步证实人脾iRNA对肝脏病治疗作用的机理,本室采用10％四氯化碳麻油液造成家兔肝脏损害模型的方法,观察人脾iRNA对实验性家兔肝损害的防护和治疗作用。现整理报告如下:
In this laboratory, human spleen iRNA was extracted from the human spleen tissue fluid by the hot phenol method. The laboratory and animal experiments confirmed that the human spleen iRNA is non-toxic and non-antigenic, and it is a safe and reliable immune enhancer. After one year of clinical observation in this hospital, human spleen iRNA has a good effect on improving the body’s immune function status and on many diseases such as hepatitis. To further confirm the mechanism of human spleen iRNA on hepatic disease treatment, rabbits were treated with 10% carbon tetrachloride sesame oil to induce liver damage in rabbits. The protective and therapeutic effects of human spleen iRNA on experimental liver damage in rabbits were observed. . The current collation report is as follows:
