为减轻腹腔镜下输卵管绝育术的术后疼痛,设计了术中在输卵管局部注射生理盐水(对照组)或布吡卡因(bupivacaine)(实验组)的随机双盲对照研究,观察其术后减痛效果。 实验方法为由医院药剂师提供外观性状相同的试验液,对照组注射0.9％生理盐水10ml,实验组注射0.5％布吡卡因10ml,均分开两侧注射,每侧各5ml。麻醉方法及其他术前后处理两组相同,术中夹好Filshie夹之后用Verres针注入试验液。分别于应用首剂麻醉药后,清醒后60分钟及出院时评定疼
