基于Q690高强钢的焊接工艺,通过SYSWELD对Q690钢MIG对接焊进行了数值模拟,得出了瞬态温度场分布图和特征点的热循环曲线,验证了有限元软件SYSWELD模拟的准确性。在此基础上得到了热影响区的相演变图,证实该焊接工艺是合理的。最后通过计算获得焊后残余应力的分布图,总结相应的残余应力分布规律,为评定和优化焊接工艺提供了理论依据。
Based on the welding process of Q690 high strength steel, the MIG butt welding of Q690 steel was simulated by SYSWELD. The transient temperature field distribution and the thermal cycling curve of the characteristic points were obtained. The accuracy of SYSWELD simulation was verified. On this basis, the phase diagram of the HAZ is obtained, which proves that the welding process is reasonable. Finally, the distribution of residual stress after welding is obtained, and the corresponding rule of residual stress distribution is summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for evaluating and optimizing the welding process.
