目的观察两种不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的效果。方法分别采用2.5mg米非司酮连服6个月及12.5mg米非司酮连服6个月治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤,观察效果及不良反应,进行病程记录。结果两种剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤效果差异无统计学意义,使用2.5mg米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤不良反应发生少且轻微。结论对围绝经期妇女子宫肌瘤患者可采用2.5mg米非司酮连服6个月治疗。
Objective To observe the effect of two different doses of mifepristone on peri-menopausal uterine fibroids. Methods 2.5 mg mifepristone was given for 6 months and 12.5 mg mifepristone for 6 months respectively to treat peri-menopausal uterine fibroids. The effects and adverse reactions were observed and recorded. Results Two doses of mifepristone peri-menopausal uterine fibroids treatment effect was no significant difference, the use of 2.5mg mifepristone perimenopausal uterine fibroids adverse reactions occur less and less. Conclusion Peri-menopausal women with uterine fibroids 2.5mg mifepristone can be given for 6 months.
