我院采用经食管心房调搏(TEAP)治疗21例室上性心动过速(SVT),获得了满意疗效。其中男15例,女6例;年龄为21～54岁;房性心动过速(AT)1例,房室结折返型心动过速(AVNRT)11例,房室分路折返型心动过速(AVRT)9例。
In our hospital, 21 cases of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) were treated with transesophageal atrial pacing (TEAP) and satisfactory results were obtained. Including 15 males and 6 females, aged from 21 to 54 years old, 1 case of atrial tachycardia (AT), 11 cases of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), 11 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) in 9 cases.
