Water conservancy and hydropower project construction and production activities are dangerous, many unsafe factors in the world belong to the accident prone industries. The safety accidents have caused huge losses to the lives and property of the country and people, urging people to pay more attention to the construction safety of water conservancy and hydropower projects and to the theory of building safety.
