[目的 ]对生长激素缺乏性侏儒症患者用国产重组人生长激素进行治疗。 [方法 ]每晚睡前皮下注射生长激素 ,共 6个月 ;用药期间复查身高、体重和骨龄等。 [结果 ]治疗前年生长速度为 2 .9cm± 0 .8cm,治疗 3个月时为 13.6 cm±3.6 cm,6个月 13.2 cm± 3.5 cm,年生长速度提高 4倍多 ,治疗前后差异显著 ;治疗过程未发现副作用。 [结论 ]国产生长激素疗效与进口产品无明显差别 ,且安全性好 ,可以在临床推广应用 [Objective] To treat patients with growth hormone-deficient dwarfism using domestic recombinant human growth hormone. [Methods] Every night before going to bed subcutaneous injection of growth hormone, a total of 6 months; medication during the review of height, weight and bone age. [Results] The growth rate before treatment was 2.9cm ± 0.8cm, 13.6 cm ± 3.6 cm at 3 months, 13.2 cm ± 3.5 cm at 6 months, and the annual growth rate increased more than 4 times. The difference was significant before and after treatment. No side effects were found during treatment. [Conclusion] The domestic growth hormone has no obvious difference between the curative effect and the imported product, and it has good safety and can be applied in clinic
