目的 :探究注塑微波法和水浴聚合法制作树脂基托对可摘局部义齿精度的影响。方法 :制作上颌6|、567|、321|123缺失可摘局部义齿各10副(共30副),其中各5副采用注塑充胶法制作基托(共15副);另外各5副采用水浴法充胶制作基托,切断义齿基托和标准模型,用数字显微镜测量义齿基托的组织面和标准模型之间5个部位的间隙。结果 :两种不同聚合方法制作树脂基托可摘局部义齿的组织面和标准模型间5个部位距离差异均有显著差异,注塑法制作的局部义齿精度明显高于水浴法(P<0.05)。结论 :注塑微波法制作的基托稳定性更好,对可摘局部义齿精度的影响性更小,值得推广及应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of resin-based restorations on the precision of removable partial dentures made by microwave injection and water bath polymerization. Methods: 10 maxillary 6 |, 567 |, 321 | 123 missing partial dentures were made, of which 5 were made by injection and filling method (15 in all), and 5 Water bath method filling base, cut off the denture base and the standard model, with a digital microscope to measure the denture base surface and the standard model of the five parts of the gap. Results: There were significant differences in the distance between the tissue surface and the standard model of the removable partial denture made by two different polymerization methods. The precision of partial denture made by injection molding was significantly higher than that of the water bath method (P <0.05). Conclusion: The stability of the base made by injection microwave method is better, which has less influence on the precision of the removable partial dentures, which is worthy of popularization and application.
