通过对目前国内市场高铁座椅防护措施进行调查研究,为了能更好地保障乘客的出行安全,对现有高铁座椅防护系统进一步设计与创新。结合机械设计的相关原理,人机工程学等,提出了由机械限位系统、安全气囊系统、滑动缓冲系统组成的多功能高铁座椅防护系统。事故发生时机械限位装置在安全气囊装置及滑轨缓冲装置的辅助下达到限位保护乘客的作用,通过验证,防护装置的反应时间约为0.32s,能够在安全时间内作用达到保护乘客的效果。
Through the investigation and research on the current high-speed railway seat protection measures in the domestic market, in order to better protect passengers’ travel safety, the existing high-speed railway seat protection system is further designed and innovated. Combined with the related principles of mechanical design, ergonomics and so on, a multifunctional high-speed railway seat protection system composed of mechanical limit system, airbag system and sliding buffer system is proposed. When the accident occurs, the mechanical limit device reaches the limit protection passenger with the help of the airbag device and the slide buffer device. After verification, the reaction time of the guard device is about 0.32s, which can be used in the safety time to protect the passengers effect.
