太原钢铁公司第三炼钢厂的转炉,以前采用人工停风加料,一炉钢需用石灰700~800公斤,加料时间约需10~15分钟,炉温下降约150~250℃,由此不仅使渣料长期不化,大大降低了去除硫、磷的速度和效率,降炭速度也很缓慢,不仅钢的质量不好,产量也因此无法提高,同时工人的劳动强度也很大。为了改善上述情况,该厂最近试验成功“不停风控制加料法”。这个方法所用的设备构造很简单(如图),主要由储料罐、滑槽和支架三部份组成。储料罐的容量能够装一炉用的渣料。储料罐下部为漏斗,漏斗口有控制闸
