根据《锅炉压力容器安全监察暂行条例》及其实施细则等有关的规定,以水为介质的固定式承压蒸汽锅炉、热水锅炉和汽、水两用锅炉的设计,在生产(含试制)前必须进行设计审批。在锅炉设计审批工作中,由于对设计、审批单位的职责,设计审批申请书和设计图纸资料的内容要求等还没有一个统一、明确、具体的规定,给设计审批单位带来了一定困难,也造成锅炉设计单位无所适从,影响了锅炉设计、审批工作的进度和水平的提高。根据本人1981年以米的工作体会提出如下意见,供研究参考,目的是为了更好地促进设计审批工作。
