目的探讨氪激光联合ND:YAG激光虹膜切除术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法436例472眼闭角型青光眼,采用氪激光先在虹膜面作预光凝,再用ND:YAG激光在此基础上切穿虹膜。结果所有病例均一次切穿虹膜,成功率100%,术后并发症仅见眼压暂时性升高、前房炎性反应及前房出血,随访3个月～3年,无切孔闭塞及青光眼发作。结论联合激光虹膜切除术治疗闭角型青光眼成功率高,并发症少。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of krypton laser combined with ND: YAG laser iridotomy on angle-closure glaucoma. Methods 436 cases of 472 eyes with angle-closure glaucoma were treated with krypton laser pre-photocoagulation on the iris surface and then cut the iris using ND: YAG laser. Results All the cases were cut through the iris at the same time. The success rate was 100%. The postoperative complications were only temporary increase of intraocular pressure, inflammatory reaction of the anterior chamber and anterior chamber hemorrhage. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 3 years without incision occlusion and glaucoma attack. Conclusion Combined laser iridotomy for angle-closure glaucoma has high success rate and few complications.
