我校自导游专业设立以来,旅游专业教师积极开展中职导游人才培养模式的探索,经过多年实践收到了很好的成效,形成了本校特色的人才培养模式。在有效教学理念引导下,通过实施职业情境教学法,深化校企合作,我们培养的很多学生通过了全国导游资格证考试,拥有优良的职业技能和素养,成为旅游行业优秀的一线导游,获得了各大旅行社的好评。
