在会计学科中,一些学生缺乏良好的学习方法与端正的学习态度、正确的学习动机、顽强不屈的毅力与持之以恒的精神,他们在不同程度上出现了厌学状况。本文通过调查观察“学困生”的类型,本着“为了每一位学生全面发展”的课程改革核心价值,提出转化“学困生”工作方法和树立“寓情于教,寓情于学”的教书育人理念。
