一、引言自从我国加入国际电信联盟(ITU)以来,1977年11月是第三次出席国际电报电话咨询委员会(CCITT)第ⅩⅧ研究组(数字网)会议。专家代表团对外负有维护国家权宜的责任;对内负有介绍国际研究进展的义务。我国主管部门领导十分重视这两方面的工作。指出,目前应当让全国更多部门和有关人员更充分地了解CCITT的活动情况,从而取得全国范围的更加广泛的支持。为此,提供这篇资料性文稿。文中尽量提供原始素材,尽可能压缩
I. INTRODUCTION Since our country joined the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in November 1977, it is the third time to attend the meeting of the XXIT Research Group (Digital Network) of the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT). The expert delegation has the responsibility of safeguarding the country’s expediency externally; it has an obligation to introduce international research progress. The leaders of the competent departments in our country attach great importance to these two aspects of work. Pointed out that more departments and relevant personnel across the country should now be given a fuller understanding of the activities of CCITT so as to obtain more extensive nationwide support.
